What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related field
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- IICRC WRT/ASD certifications (Preferred)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Project Execution: Lead mitigation jobs from initial inspection to final equipment pickup.
- Perform Mitigation: Water extraction, set drying equipment, take moisture readings, and document everything clearly.
- Customer Service: Communicate with customers, explain the process, and provide top-tier service.
- Emergency Response: Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency losses.

The Details:
- Pay: $22–$28/hr + on-call bonuses ($50–$200/job depending on type)
- Schedule: Full-time, rotating emergency response coverage
